I'm a 3 time a week customer. I've always had good service, hot food. The only negative think I could say, is the fountain... drinks don't work in the lobby, so you have to have the staff behind the counter refill your drink, which they do quickly. Read more

Normally I'm not a McDonald's fan not just because of the food, which I don't really care for, or the prices, which are... ridiculous, it's the horrible customer service. This McDonald's though has wonderful employees with outstanding customer serviceskills. Always polite and attentive and always trying to make sure you get your food quickly and accurately. I've been to this location many times with it being in my neighborhood. Like any other, there have been mistakes. However... tonight, the food quality was shockingly unacceptable. I ordered a Big Mac, the beef patties were stale, dark and literallylike cardboard. Needless to say it did not taste at all the way a Big Mac should. We also ordered a Double quarter pounder. Thepatties were dripping with oil and pan debree so much that the bottom bun and box were soaked! With all that yucky cooked bloodon the bun and char in the corner of the box. I can't believe I paid for that trash and less that it made it out of theirkitchen. Where is quality control? Read more
Horrible experience. The one on shaw is better than this. Horrible experience with food and customer service. Definitely do not... go before close. Overdone fries, burnt burgers, and i un-carbonated soda seem to constantly plague this location. UPDATE: Samenight i wrote this review after getting home, I go to enjoy my late night meal and I find that my chicken sandwich had beenthrown in my bag unwrapped, which is something i feel and know was done intentionally. Not only was my food thrown maliciouslyinto my bag, but my sandwich was raw at that. I feel it was also intentional. This McDonald?s is trash. They always make you wait in a stall even if you have a small order. There?s always something missing.... Consistently the worst McDonald?s I?ve ever been to. Absolutely the worst in Fresno. You?re better off going to the Taco Bell onClinton and Brawley. Atleast they?re always fast and get my order right.
