I think its because I have been here so many times that all the staff knows me, but even before, they were all so nice, they... actually cared if something wasn't right and always fixed it without attitude, there was always someone cleaning tables andfloors, the bathrooms were always clean, I have never been disappointed. This is literally the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. I'm 13 years old with Hispanic parents that know literally almost zero... English so I had to order most of the things by myself. I was ordering first for myself and it seemed that the lady working thecashier was new because it took her almost ten whole minutes to take my order. To make things worse she had to call over hermanager twice for help because she apparently didn't know what I was ordering. Her English seemed just fine to me tho. Next,when I had finally ordered for me and my fam, we waited for over twenty minutes. When we got our order, I was missing my chickennuggets and my big mac, the fries were cold and didn't have any salt, we didn't get a receipt, I was missing my sprite, I hadordered the milk and sugar in my mom's coffee separately just like she had asked, but we got the coffee mixed together which Igot yelled at for. When we went up to the front it was crowded with angry customers that hadn't gotten a receipt or had gottentheir order wrong. One man told me he had been waiting for over forty minutes for his order, which we then realized was justsitting on the counter in front of us. They hadn't even called him. Also the employees didn't seem to care, some of them werejust mindlessly walking around. We finally got what we had missed in our order and we sat down, everyone had left. Went in to order and using the kiosk to place our order (which wouldn't accept payment) went to the abandoned register After 6... minutes waiting in line with no one in front of us the manager collected payment. We received the darkest chicken nuggets I haveever seen. Really need to change the fryer oil guys they tasted like old burnt fryer. I got bbq and honey for the dips, thehoney one had black crumbs, solidified grease, and some fuzz. Nice touch. Read more
There were shells in the eggs (so gross) and it ruined breakfast, but did encourage me to never return. Not only that but I... finally tried the app to order online and still had to wait over 10 minutes, I?ll just delete it I guess. They?re just a messthere to be honest, you can hear the chaos a soon as you step inside. You should pick any other location and that?s easy thereare so many around. Read more
The absolute worst experience of my life, They Got my order wrong and they mixed it up with someone else order, and on top of... that my food was raw on the inside.Just be careful make sure you check your food thoroughly before eating it,so that way youwould not get sick from uncooked meat. I haven't been to this location in a while cause ive always had bad experiences..but me n the family had a late night craving... and it was the closest location to us so thought I'd give them another chance.. let me just say I was once again disappointed..was suprised to see no line there on a Friday night so i figured our service would be quick n efficient.. but we had to pull tothe front to wait for our order when we got it some of our buns were burnt to hell our fries were either refried to many timesor just fried wayyy to long they were literally translucent and hard as rock all 6 of the small fries were cooked the exact sameway inedible I couldn't even give them to my baby cause I was afraid she'd choke.. this location I feel is just beyond repairalways homeless ppl, orders never right and have workers with either attitudes or with no clue what they're doing... all of mybad experiences have been at this same location will not be returning..
