Tonight was the third time my order had been wrong. I ordered 3 items. A big mac, fries, and a coffee. They forgot the coffee.... Worst McDonald's in Fresno. Ordered breakfast through drive thru, server read it back and it was incorrect, was told to pull to... next window anyway because it was already sent through. Okay, pulled up to next window where manager came and corrected it,then asked us to pull into parking spot while they make the correct order, which was fine. So while we waited we checked receiptand everything was perfect. After a few minutes our order was brought out and the bag was neatly packed and food was hot, so wethought it was perfect. Then we got home and it was still there incorrect order lol. The right items, but the incorrect numberof them. That's when we remembered why we stopped going to this specific location. Read more
This particular McDonald's restaurant was clean. The counter help was friendly, and I was greeted with a smile. The dining... area, specifically my table and chairs were clean. The "big breakfast" meal was hot, in fact, the butter spread meltedimmediately. Read more
Not sure what happened since I stopped working there, but no one seems to care about customer satisfaction. I get my drink and... it's about an inch or an inch and a half empty with very little ice, even when I ask for extra ice. When I worked there, Ifilled the cup with either more ice on hot days or soda when it's wasn't. I didn't fill it so it spilled, I filled it so therewas a few centimeters from the lid. I didn't measure it, just eyeballed it. And when someone asked for 12 sugars for therecoffee I have them 12 sugars not a handful. I know this is minimal stuff but I go there for their drink since I don't care fortheir food so it's kinda a big deal when you wait in line forever to get your drinks and be disappointed in something that'sclearly overlooked Read more
Don't come here. This place is gross. I don't think they ever clean. It's probably going to get shut down. Customer service is... awful. No high chairs or booster seats. Really at a McDonald's?
