I would have not given any stars if I could I?m so sick and tired of going through the ?drivethru? just to get parked and no... matter have big or small my order is well THEY NEED TO STOP CHEATING since the only reason they do it is to make there drivethrutimes better well when you Park cars so you can make it look like you served them quickly and you really didn?t that is CHEATINGand now you completely lost a customer so what good did that do you now!!!!!! Food order was accurate?. Facility needs serious help. Bathrooms were locked and couldn?t be opened?. They weren?t out of... order.,. Just broken locks on the doors. There were also multiple homeless hanging around the doors?. It just isn?t a goodlocation. Food is exactly what you expect from McDonald?s. Staff was very nice. The only reason for the lower star rating ishonestly the lack of access to a bathroom. When you are traveling, bathrooms really do matter! Read more
Ever since the pandemic has hit this location & several others have declined drastically in all aspects of service & food etc.... Terrible service. Never enough supplies. How does McDonald's run out of ketchup or napkins. The employees here with emphasis onthe maintenance man or general clean up guy not sure what his position was but walking around using profanity like a drunkenpirate. Even had a conversation with one of his managers using profanity the whole time while he described a encounter with acustomer where he physically threatened to beat up the customer while him and his manager a woman laughed about the wholeordeal. The wait time for there dining room orders is ridiculous. Many times I've had to wait no less than 15 or 20 minutes.Lack of employees. Numerous times it looked like 3 maybe 4 at the most running the registers, drive thru & dining room up frontwith no one greeting or cleaning tables. Not to even mention the fact that their ice cream machine never ever works. The wholelocation and it's management need a total re do. Out with the old. Gods willing in with the new. Read more
Every time I?ve been here, I?ve been greeted very nicely by the employees there. I know it gets crazy busy sometimes but they... try to do the best they can. Majority of them. The food is always been on point. I have not had a complaint so far and I hope itcontinues to stay that way since I go there very often. I?ve even seen Quinceañeras and Brides stop here for a quick snack sothat should tell you something. Oh and their ice cream machine works unlike every other McDonald?s I?ve too. Read more
Went on Saturday early morning about 130am and the drive thru was not packed. We ordered but unfortunately they tell us to park... around front because they were waiting on our food . Next thing is they sent all the cars behind us to go park in front also.Don't know what was down if anything but our food was mediocre at best . My date was happy with the chicken nuggets because theywere crispy and warm. Read more
