Everytime I go hear there?s something wrong with my order. The people in the back don?t take their time sometimes to read the... order throughly. Another thing the people working here don?t wear hair nets and that?s a big violation. All the girls theredon?t wear their hair up and I think it?s disgusting how everytime I get a burger I worry there?s no hair in it. Today I boughtsomething hair in my burger I bit into it. It was a long asss piece of hair. On top of them messing up my order the first time.I don?t recommend eating here at all. And if you do just look at the people in the back with no hair net. Me working in fastfood restaurants we wear hairnets even guys. Read more
This particular McDonald's has been remodeled many times with it being a '50's throw back most recently. It is also one of the... busiest fast food restaurants in Fresno. That said it's also become one of the fastest places to get a meal. If you're travelingthrough Fresno or you live near by the proximity to HWY 41 makes it one of the best places around for fast food. We were in the drive thru for 10 mins. When I got to the pickup window, they gave the car before us our food. I had to wait... curbside for them to re-do our order. We waited 15 more minutes until I decided to go back to the drive thru to tell the managerabout us not getting our order-what a total wate of time. I was as patient as I could be being there for over 30 minutes waitingfor them to start our order over smh! Read more
The food at McD's is just that, it always taste the same. Food was hot and fresh when served to me. Girl at the pay window was... very polite and even engaged in a short conversation. Server at the next window presented all my order at the same time anddidn't have to wait for anything. Read more
I was impressed by the kind employee that let me get a free ice coffee ????? instead of my free ice cream cone ???? because... what do ya know the ice cream machine is "out of order" again at McDonald's. Wild! That like never happens. NOT! But,nonetheless awesome job by the employee. (I found out they're not actually out of order, they actually need to be cleaned thatoften.) Read more
The food was ok but the nuggets were soft and not nice and crispy. We did arrive early in the morning but for some reason they... would only take cash. Our order was 16.55 and when we gave her 20 bucks and she gave us back 2 dollars and said so I don?t havechange?!?! ????. So we found some coins in the car to get our dollar she was going to keep. They also said they couldn?t useany of their coupons codes with their system. So of course it is a place to get food but the customer service might bemediocre. Read more
McDonald's is always at the corner or down the street from, pretty much every where, right next to, or NOW and days even... inside the grocery stores ????. Food 4. It's McDonald's, what can I say. Service 5. They had two of the niceties young ladiesworking the front corner and registered. Atmosphere, 2. Small parking lot in front. Only 1 entrance. To get to the backparking lot, you have to wait in the drive thru line, which by the way is cut off by an alley street that you ,"can't, ", orshouldn't block. Read more
