The blonde guy at the register needs to be taught correct communication skills. The restaurant made me wait over 30 minutes on... hold when I wanted to place and order for pick up over the phone. Then when I went it and placed my order in the restaurant forpickup, the blonde guy said 25 minutes. Then when I returned they said I didn?t place an order. When I asked to place my orderagain after 30 minutes of waiting, with a bad attitude he then asked if I still wanted to place the order or not?.. this is nothow customer service works, and if some people don?t understand that, maybe they shouldn?t work in the industry. This is the worst parlor in the Me&Ed?s chain. They are focused on phone orders and Ignore their dinning room. I had to wait for... a beer order while my pizza was getting cold and my guests were eating while they took one phone order after another. I finallyhad to demand a refund on the beer. Go to any other location in the chain this one needs to close its dinning room and just takephone orders. Read more
We offer from this Me n Eds often. I've never had a problem with my orders. They are usually fast and our pizza always tastes... good! They keep your order on file so when i give them my phone number they ask if i want my usual so I don't have to sit thereand name all the toppings we get. I just wish someone would acknowledge me when I get to the counter. Even if it's just a hiwe'll be right with you. Sometimes I'm waiting there wondering if they see me. Once some one does approach to help me they'rereally friendly and helpful. First impression is everything! Overall great food. Read more
Wow. Very good, fresh ingredients. The salad has everything you would want and more. The Calzone is better then expected. The... sauce is served on the side just as it should be. Again the ingredients are very fresh. I wish I could dined in but with Covidit's take out or delivery. The employees are happy and ready to help. Read more
