This location has become a real disappointment. I don't mind that this location is showing its age, or that it's in an area... that's seen better days, I don't even mind that this one takes longer than most to prepare the food, good food takes time. WhatI do mind is when I see 9 employees and only 1 working the registers, I'm sure the others had their own duties, it doesn'tchange how it is perceived by the customer. I don't like when I see them grab my food and instead of it coming from a warmingarea, it was sitting on a counter getting cold. I was 3 minutes early for my pickup, so it definitely wasn't moved there becauseI was late and they needed the room where they normally store them above the pizza ovens. Lastly, I got home to find that mycalzone order was incorrect, something I can't check until I cut into it. There are 3 other Me-n-Ed's locations within 5 milesof this one. I ordered a half cheese and half chicken pizza. and they gave me a pepperoni and cheese instead. I called so they can fix the... issue. Instead of fixing there own mistake they were stingy and didn?t want to replace the pizza and we?re asking how manyslices have we eaten and if we can bring it back. With these gas prices pleaseeee. So the only reason I gave this review one star is because the pizza was great. But.... the service was bad. I ordered a pizza on... line, it was paid in full. When my brother went to pick up the order that was paid in full they would not let him. They thencanceled my order and I had to go in and pay again and wait for them to return the first charge. The staff was rude and becauseof this I will not return and recommend not going to this location. Read more
Will not be going back to Me-N-Ed?s. For the last 5 years, I?ve ordered online and a member of my family has picked up the order... with the confirmation. We were celebrating my husband?s 40th birthday. When my son went to pick up the order they demanded tosee ID and the card used. Confirmation wasn?t enough. They refused to give him the pizza and stated the protocols were in myemail and on the website. I had to leave the party and go down myself to pick it up. Before doing so I double checked thewebsite and my email. No such information was found on either. When I inquired about the new rule they had no idea when it wasimplemented and said maybe a month ago. I also asked where in the email and website this information was and if someone couldshow me because I couldn?t find it, the reply I received was, ?The manager said it?s there somewhere.? 2nd time received old items from this particular location. Placed order early afternoon assuming pizza/calzone would be freshly... baked..Wrong! Cut into calzone took a sauce covered bite, ok maybe the sauce was spoiled.. Nope! Opened up calzone and was hitwith a strong spoiled, sour, and rancid odor. It?s as if that?s where the leftover toppings went to die..stuffed in that doughlol Calzone contained almost a whole can of olives, large randomly chopped chunks of canned mushrooms, and purple onions.Pepperoni had not been separated it still remained in layers not to mention little pools of smelly oil were collected here andthere. As for the pizzas 1 was old almost petrified and had the twice or thrice , who knows how many times rebaked look and thepoor attempt to conceal the evidence of being previously baked/old ,what gave it away was all the raw cornmeal thrown in the box. Dark/ burnt crusted cornmeal mixed with bright yellow raw cornmeal..probably coulda made a couple of muffins out of it. Whatprompted me to check out everything was when my grandson served himself 2 slices took on bite , then says ?Grandma, this placemust collect Unfinished and or old pizzas and then recycle them/ re sell them? then went make a sandwich..Upon taking acloser look , noticed pizza boxes were Swollen/ old..tasted a slice .. horrible ..I?m disappointed in Me & Ed?s they were once afamily fave..What I ve noticed is since contactless delivery quality has nose dived. Delivery persons don?t need to faceanyone most orders placed online =no live contact Most orders delivered via 3rd party platform= no direct contact withbusiness/location food was purchased No direct contact with delivery platform.. And the having to jump through many hoopsseeking resolution disenchants and or discourages some from taking action.. there?s no accountability. I don't have pizza pictures because they forgot to make my pizzas. I ordered over the phone they said 30 minutes I got there... right at 30 minutes I paid and then the waiting began I saw people that came in way after me receiving their orders after 35minutes I asked the manager about my order he didn't have an answer. I just asked for a refund at that point. I wouldn't begoing so hard but this is not the first time since we started coming to this particular location this is the 3rd time. Read more
