As the receipt shows, I had a transaction on 03/21/22 and somehow the cashier entered the wrong phone number associated with my... account. I brought it to her attention and she replied "only my manager will be able to fit it". She is not here today. I wentback on 03/23/22 the manager was present in the store this time and again I explained what happened but no one bothered to fitit. I am not looking for anything that I should not have gotten. It clearly states each dollar spent earn a point. I had $11.27Menchie's money and $15.96 Smiles balance. My little one takes pleasure in adding up the 50 reward points to get $5 off anorder. This is simple stuff but just frustrating; a little courtesy goes a long way. I wouldn't recommend this store. Read more
