Reserved the room a week ahead for my daughter's birthday and then when we got there they said there was no reservation for that... day, we made it work anyways but then when her dad went to place the order for the food we were waiting for an hour and a halfand when asked about the pizzas the young man working the register said we didn't order any when in reality he wasn't payingattention and never placed our order but took the money for the drinks, salad and two orders of churros. They only had the youngboy out there while everyone was in the back, it took forever for our pizzas to come out and when they did they were barelywarm, it took 2/3 hours them to even put stuff for the salad bar out. Mind you it wasn't even busy at all, I'd be way moreunderstanding if they seemed sincerely sorry for all their mistakes but it honestly seemed like they could care less.
