I tried to order over the phone at 10:22 PM. No one picked up, so I drove there assuming they stopped taking phone orders.... (Google and store front says close at 11PM) I get there at 10:30 and tried to order but two employees in the lobby tell methere closed. This is the second time this has happened to me. Either change store hours or the owner needs to have a wordwith the employees. Employees are closing whenever they feel like it. Very unprofessional business. Read more
FOOD POISONING WARNING. Was craving pizza soooo bad. SO I WAS EXCITED! When I got my order and they opened the box there were... missing ingredients. Instead of taking it back and remaking it, the guy walks out with a handful of green onion and throws iton my pizza. The half dome I got was under cooked. I took a bite and swallowed before I noticing. And started throwing up 10mins later. DO NOT GO HERE! I will drive to Herndon before going back. Read more
Im giving a one star rating at this time. As i ordered a mountain size and this was what was delivered. Im waiting on the... replacement order and it has been over an hour and thirty minutes that I have been waiting on the delivery of thereplacement. Updating review. After talking with delivery driver. Who delivered originally. And for reorder. I am giving itthree stars. pizza took time to make and deliver. Delivery driver was apologetic and professional. The reordered pizza was fine.I am giving it only three stars due. Due to wait time and the initial delivery condition of pizza. Pizza was good. But dealingwith a reorder was a hassle. Read more
We have picked up pizza to go here several times and we have enjoyed it. Their Robber's Roost Pizza with chicken and creamy... garlic sauce is one of our favorites. We also liked their cheese sticks, garlic bread with cheese, and their cinnamon pizza. Thecinnamon pizza makes a tasty dessert and a fun breakfast. We find that their prices for pizza are a bit high, so we don't visitoften. Read more
Pretty upset right now. I?ve gotten Mt Mike?s pizza for years, at different location and overall, it?s always been a ?go-to? for... me, especially since their pizza is typically great. I travel frequently for work, although this time I?m in a hotel because myvehicle broke down & is in the shop, hence, I really depend on a restaurant to get my order correct AND good quality. Well, thistime was so frustrating. I ordered via DD. My order was a small pizza (it was so greasy/soggy, but ok), individual salad(w/slimy veggies and cukes had been frozen), & 2 bubly-LIME carbonated WATERS (replaced with a non-carbonated sugary lemonadedrink). So yeah, I?m unable to eat the salad or drink the lemonade sugar waters. DD has horrible avenues for resolvingrestaurant mess-ups & didn?t resolve this (can?t get thru to a real person). But it shouldn?t be on delivery services like DD orUber to take the brunt of the neglectfulness of restaurants. So I have about $14 of food/beverages that I cannot eat/drink &only a 92 cent credit from DD (shouldn?t be on them anyway) because they don?t have a proper option for resolving issues withorders.
