When it comes to sandwich shops, this places reigns Supreme in my opinion, at least after today. This was my first time eating... here, and let me tell you, I don't think I've ever had a better sandwich, at least not in recent memory. It was a good size, theingredients were fresh, well topped and put together well, not slapped together in haste like so many other places I'vebeen. I was excited to try the new shop! As soon as I walked in I regretted it by how filthy the store was, not a clean table to be... found. I ordered anyway being that my daughter was on her lunch break and we were already there. It took 10 minutes to take ourorder and another 25 minutes to get it. I had a hard time understanding being that there was 5 workers in sight and t only twoof us that ordered. I didn?t want to be a ? karen? so I kept my mouth shut and decided to never go back. I don?t understand howthe manager stood there in a dirty store with a fully staffed team, slow rush, yet place was filthy. The sandwich was a goodsize however, I felt a little grossed out being that the store was so dirty it made me wonder what the food prep area lookslike. Located just south of Nees on the west side of Blackstone across the parking lot from Barnes & Noble. Featuring a wide variety... of hot and cold speciality sandwiches, salads, a kid's menu - something for everyone in the family. Maybe a bit pricey for thequality and quantity. Awesome pastrami bacon sandwich. The Dutch crispy bread was amazing but hurt the top of my mouth. Worth it. And everyone working... there was so nice. Amazing cookies they gave us with the samdwich! Read more
This used to be me and my husband's go to sandwich shop in River Park. The last two times we have visited the sandwiches were... made very poorly. My husband got a pastrami sandwich and the amount of mustard they put on it was ridiculous. There used to be agentleman that we saw every day that seemed like he was in charge and now that he's not there I feel like the workers don't careand the quality of sandwiches has gone way down hill. We also pick up for doordash and before the sandwiches would always beready promptly and now we are having to wait over 15 to 20 minutes for one sandwich to be made. I'm not sure what's going on butmaybe the workers need to be re-evaluated and retrained on customer service and know that they should be putting out qualitysandwiches so customers will return.
