I am giving three stars simply because the service definitely has room for major improvement, while the food is good, nothing... irritates me more than poor customer service when first walking into a restaurant. The atmosphere is very laid back, nothingfancy inside as far as decor so I was actually surprised that our food was as good as it turned out to be. They do seem to berather slow on getting it out and the friendliness of the staff needs to improve. We ordered a bento box w/ NY Steak, Scorpion Roll and Fireman Roll. Was plenty of food for two and packed some to go. Flavor... was good but everything was overwhelmingly salted. I would go again just to give them another try. Quality was on point.Everything cooked perfectly and fresh. Beautifully plated. Service was quick and friendly. Atmosphere was laid-back. It's alittle pricey I'd say. With just 2 rolls and a bento our tab came to alittle over $70. Read more

The rolls were nice sizes, neat and tightly rolled. The restaurant is a good size but not for for a very large party (5-6 people... is perfect). The service is good, the atmosphere is Tuesday. If you like sushi you'll enjoy this restaurant. If you liketepanyakki it looked clean and like they were having a good time. Read more

I had a reservation for teppanyaki but when I arrived a couple of annoyed girls told me that I have to wait at least 45 minutes... to get seat. I decided to seat on a regular table instead because supposely (as waitress stated) the food was identical to theteppanyaki. We order a couple of teppanyaki combos and they bring pretty much everything at same time (so it is not like theteppan). The food taste was honestly below the others teppanyaki in fresno and the service wasn't that great because, as Istated before, the waitress were annoyed and try to rush us to leave (I wasn't even at half plate that they bring me the check).I don't think I'll be back. We waited 90 minutes for the food. Simple food like: chicken teriyaki dan sukiyaki beef. Nothing special. When we wanted to... cancel, they just served the side first as pictured, then about 10 minutes later the sukiyaki beef. Need better chef/cook sincethe waiters did their jobs already. It was my first time visiting this place. The sushi was decently priced and tasted great. But it did take about 40mins to get... two specialty rolls. There wasn’t a massive rush so we did wait a while to get our food and drinks. There was annoyingelevator music playing the whole time that kind of put me to sleep. Horrible I will never go there again. Staff was rude. Waited half hour to be seated. Waited an hour for food. Three slices of... cucumber that was mush. Did not eat. Dried up teriyaki chicken could not even chew. So I didn't. Tempura veggies, well look atit. That broccoli was so hard I could have used it for a door stop. The sushi was soggy and warm.
