My rapid order is NEVER ready for me to pick up despite ordering ample amount of time before picking up and I would get the... notification that it?s ready. Even at 7am, the lobby area is already dirty, floors are sticky, and bathrooms need cleaning. Theyalso tend to never have ice in the lobby so I have to ask for it from the back. Read more

I can?t condone the fact that they have good food and they?re a big franchise but unfortunately they?re lacking promptness,... reliability, and more importantly lacking customer service management, although I dealt with a manager. They don?t takeownership , they blame it on something else. I need management to take ownership and responsibility.. I?m definitelydisappointed and I?ll spend my money somewhere else.. Food was great, service at the regester. was friendly and well as expected being short on staff..... reason for two stars is... that the flooring was so dirty and carpet was so dirty my shoes were sticking to it when walking on it.. the bathroom was beyonddisgusting in just about every way you can think of. Management should come up with a plan for keeping at least the bathroomscleaner throughout the day regardless if staffing is short!!!! Read more
I work overnight and this place opens around 6 am so I decided to do their monthly service. I think there's one employee who is... on it, every other time I've ordered and paid for more of something they leave off something. The first week and a half theirice machine was down when I ordered ice coffee but there was no disclaimer in the order. I'd recommend not ordering extra forthat reason. Update: came back the next day because, again, sip of the month deal hasn't expired. Ran out of bacon at 6am sooffered cuts, given bacon bits? Probably why they left it off my order yesterday smh. at Least communicate prior bare minimumI'm glad she offered alts. Waste of a trip though. Read more
I was helped by a man named Shakari when I came in a couple of weeks ago and was astounded by how he treated me. I wanted to try... something new and had some questions about some food items, when I got to my third question I could see he was gettingirritated. He started to ask me to hold on so he could go in the back and do something else, leaving me at the counter. Or hewould help another customer. When I finally was ready to order he got snooty with me saying why did I ask all those questionsabout another item if I wasn?t even going to order it. Then kept rolling his eyes at me. I go to Panera bread quite often, butthis was the worst experience I have ever had. I asked for a cookie and he then proceeded to ask me if I knew how much calorieswere in that cookie, then proceeded to ask me if I thought I really needed it?? I tried to make a complaint to the manager andgot nothing but grief for it. But you can bet that me and quite a few of my friends will NO longer be supporting this Panerabread. Read more

This Panera Bread used to be a good place to eat. The past few years they have really gone downhill. They seem to be constantly... out of items. We we're just in there around about 6:00 p.m. and they were out just about everything. One employee at the frontnot even really behind the counter doing three jobs. The fact that these corporations don't pay their employees enough and haveto put up with BS is not helping either. Read more
