Horrible customer service from the girl working tonight on 12/5/2022 at7:45 pm. NEVER once greeted us and when we finally said... we were ready she said in a minute. When she finally went to the register she just stood there and when I said are you ready?She said what kind of pizza you want. We asked for her name and she said I ain't giving you Mt name. I left without any food ...rather be waited on by someone who has customer service skills. Mind you, I've been in the field for 25 years. This is why wedon't come to this side of town. Definitely will be getting in touch with someone higher than the manager, because she didnothing as well. Do not recommend at all! Read more

Pizza is good if you like cooking your own pizza like I do when I can enjoy it at home with my family

I've ordered plenty of times from here. My husband would normally watch how they make the pizza through the glass as I sit on... the bench. The last time we went was last month and I can probably say our experience that time was horrible!! The manager forthe day was there and had made our pizza's. As usual, my husband watched the pizza's getting made. As soon as a customer walkedin, the manager went to the cash register to help the customer. We saw him take cash from the customer with the same gloves heused to make our pizza, closed the register then told the customer it'll be about 10-15 minutes. Right after he talked to thecustomer, he came back to make our pizza without changing gloves!! All those germs from the dirty money had been transferredonto our pizza and my husband had to stop the manager right away! He asked the manager if he knew what the Manger did wrong. Hehad no clue what my husband was asking so my husband had to tell him that the glove was dirty from touching money and if hecould remake our pizza. The manager refused to make a new pizza and replied in his words that they were not allowed to wasteanything. My husband told the manager that what he did was very unsanitary and if the manager would eat something like that. Myhusband asked for the store manager's name and number to make a complaint as we were not satisfied with the result. My husbandcalled the store manager to explain what happened as the manager went to the back for about 10-15 minutes. He didn't come backout to the front until another customer came in to order. As a manager at any food restaurant, you should understand that youshould practice being clean! What baffled us was that the manager tried to argue with my husband and refused to remake anything!How can you lead anyone if you yourself can't even do things right? This Friday family dinner we chose to stay in and have pizza and movie night. We used DoorDash to get our Papa Murphy's and were... very satisfied with our driver's polite and professional attitude, pizza came perfectly intact. We ordered a family stuffedChicago and family pepperoni with garlic sauce. Papa Murphy's never fails and is very good for the price, we also always haveside salad which we cut up at home. We also bought some mozzarella sticks and jalapeno poppers from Smart and Final to cook inour fryer at home. Papa Murphy's always comes through with good quality fresh ingredients and a delicious soft crustydough. Definitely recommend this place and will be back. Read more
