There were few people in the restaurant and the receptionist refused to provide a seat by the window even though all of the... window seats were open. We eat out 5-6 times a week. We have eaten at Red Lobster many times and are a rewards members. I think R.L. has updated their... game because this evening was one of the best experiences at R.L. ever! The food, of course was very good. Starting with ourdrinks, then biscotts, then salads.…..all on point! The lobster, shrimp and salmon was excellent. The Brussel Sprouts wereFABULOUS! The Unlimited Shrimp arrived on time and was perfect. We cannot say enough good things about our servers, Leila andLilly. Friendly, courteous, and perfect timing when serving our meal (that is not always easy nor perfect). Leila could not havebeen more attentive, not hovering, and made us feel welcome. Our dinner was very good. Our server was nice and very attentive. Once we got our food, she checked on us periodically, without... over doing it throughout our meal. She was very patient with our boys- the youngest being 8 - as they each ordered their dinnerfor themselves. She brought our oldest his birthday ice cream, added an extra scoop and also gave each of the boys their ownspoon so they could get a taste. My 15 year old son was very happy with his birthday dinner, which of course mad emy wife and Ihappy. We'll be back again soon. Read more
My girl wanted to have a nice dinner to end the end of the year while. First the claim chowder was cold ask server to reheated... no problem it happens, sec. We found a rubber band in our calamari took back idk how that happens but it did. Server was verysweet she tried here best but kept asking for items we needed. Other than that everything was ok. I... gotta say Jaime made all the difference she knew the menu gave us recommendations ???? she made the experience off the charts! Ihad a yummy ???? lobster forgot to take pics, one of my sister had shrimp Alfredo the other a Salmon dish and one had wine theother had a recommendation drink from Jaime and I did take a pic of the gorgeous drinks and the wine!! Great food and good service. Our server that night was so nice .seafood mushroom ball was delicious and the lobster.
