Usually a decent experience coming to this location, but this time the girl taking orders was very rude and unprofessional. She... seemed like she was new, but still should have had common sense on how to talk to customers. Didn?t have a friendly tone whentaking my order and then acted weird about me paying with cash and then card. When I asked she responded with ?okay??. Wasn?texpecting this type of interaction with an employee, didn?t make me feel welcome as a customer. I didn?t get her name, but sheneeds to work on her customer service skills! Read more
Makes the drink right and tasty but i swear there customer service is hit or miss. There was this one worker taking orders with... glasses was really rude and awkward. Always very friendly service and always confirms that I want coffee in my Sugar Free Vanilla Frappe! At other locations 4 out of... 5 times I would be served a sugar free vanilla bean which has no coffee ???? Our drinks here are always wonderful. Read more
