Usually a decent experience coming to this location, but this time the girl taking orders was very rude and unprofessional. She... seemed like she was new, but still should have had common sense on how to talk to customers. Didn?t have a friendly tone whentaking my order and then acted weird about me paying with cash and then card. When I asked she responded with ?okay??. Wasn?texpecting this type of interaction with an employee, didn?t make me feel welcome as a customer. I didn?t get her name, but sheneeds to work on her customer service skills! Read more
Makes the drink right and tasty but i swear there customer service is hit or miss. There was this one worker taking orders with... glasses was really rude and awkward. I asked can i pay with cash and card and she was like ?uhhh ok.? As a barista myself thatkind of stuff will make less and less customers wanna go to your stand. Always very friendly service and always confirms that I want coffee in my Sugar Free Vanilla Frappe! At other locations 4 out of... 5 times I would be served a sugar free vanilla bean which has no coffee ???? Our drinks here are always wonderful. Read more
If i could give it zero stars i would. Went inside to order my coffee this morning and after waiting a few minutes the girl... working at the very edge handing out most of the drinks today asked if i did a mobile order i told her i ordered here. Sheproceeded to tell me it almost done, she thereafter made me an iced coffee and i had ordered a hot one. I told her when she gaveit to me and she told she she thought it was iced bc it had vanilla sweet cold foam. I walked away and gave her time to make thehot coffee, no complaining, but i was late for work for this. And all she did was pour the ice out and i ended up with a coldcoffee anyways. How absurd if i had known she?d done that i would token the iced coffee. I never order hot coffees and what aterrible drink this was on my way to work. She needs to get fired ASAP.
