(Drive thru) Multiple visits, different times of day and even different months (to give a fair review) Unfortunately extended... wait times each visit (use the app, but not sure if it would help). Once in drive thru, taped signage notice saying cash onlyon menu (signage before entering drive thru might have been better, otherwise you?re stuck), featured food item (unavailable/np it happens), received order and unfortunately ice coffee is ALL cream /milk (this happens often - I suggest to ask for sideof cream instead). Gave 2 Stars respectfully to the polite and courteous employee who offered to remake my drink, unfortunatelyI just didn?t have the additional time to wait. I honestly believe patience and kindness goes a long way, however if you are ina pinch (hurry) you may want to try another option. Read more
I used to come here often until my orders kept coming out wrong on multiple occasions. I never went back to get refunded or at... least correct them for their mistakes. I went a while without coming here for those reasons, but today was the same outcome. Mydrink was made incorrectly, again. Food is good but when it comes to coffee, it?s unacceptable. Read more
I go to Starbucks literally everyday, I?m addicted! I have a specific way I like my drinks & everytime I ask for light ice ..... EVERYTIME they give me a lot of ice where I have to scoop it out myself And get half my drink gone ! It disappoints me so much .As you can see in the pic I had to take out the ?light ice? myself! & no I don?t want a refund or a new one .. I just want itdone how I asked. Read more
The morning shift is so Awesome! Never more than a few minutes wait for my coffee. Fast and friendly baristas.
Very nice and clean Starbucks location. The staff is very effective, professional and friendly. Very nice working area with... outlets, clean bathrooms. AC working very maintaining around 70°F while it was 106°F outside. Read more

My least favorite Starbucks I have visited due to poor customer service. Drive-thru customers take priority here and those who... walk in are invisible. I walked in and waited 25 minutes for 2 hot coffee drinks. The worst part is that all of the employeeswalked away from the pick up counter after only giving me one of my drinks and left me standing there without checking to seethat I had been taken care of. I had to get several employees attention to let them know that no one was helping me and no onehad even begun to make my second drink. Employees were impersonal and indifferent. I didn't hear any customer names being calledand my coffee cups weren't labeled with my name, but figured they were mine since by the time I got help, all other customerswere long gone. Read more
Very clean, not too busy and we were served in a timely manner. And as always, drinks were to our satisfaction! My only issue... was the cashier, he was a lil bothered it seemed with us for whatever reason. Even after we were sitting waiting for our drinkshe kept looking over at my 9 yr old daughter and rolling his eyes at her. She wasn't acting out, being loud or nothing. Justsitting there enjoying her drink and talking to my 14 yr old daughter and myself. But he apparently didn't like her. Read more
