This is the third time I've come to this store and they are closed during hours when they should be open. I see employees and... customers still in the store but the door is locked and a handwritten "store closed" sign is up on the door. This is extremelyfrustrating, please consider changing your store hours officially or simply stay open until you're supposed to. Read more
Cashier was rude as hell. Not coming back. I was trynna help my friend who has a hearing dissability and shy. This was Thursday,... August 11 morning. We were trying to be polite but cashier girl kept calling me hun, kept cutting me off and kept raising hervoice. The rest of the workers were smirking as she talked rudely to us. For got the name of the drink I had but it was very good
They were the only place I could find the plastic 24oz cups. So I bought all of them. ????
Waited since 3:00am for two new cups that just released I and my daughter where first in line so excited we were going to get... the cups we wanted prior to the employee opening the door she made a comment and grabbed 2 cups took them to the back thenopened the door. The location was really nice. Friendly employees. I order a dragon fruit with coconut milk but they did not have the color pink... for the drink so they give me a bigger size for the inconvenience. The drink taste the same. Great place to sit and to havemeetings. The parking lot was only a few minutes away so it was perfect . Read more
Drinks were perfect! Girl needs to watch her attitude though. I get that we came in 15minutes before closing, I work customer... service too so yeah I get it. That does not excuse her rolling her eyes and dragging feet to complete the order. Read more
I like this Starbucks. Staff members are mostly very friendly and conduct themselves as true professionals. Customers run the... gambit, from high-powered lawyers to the occasional drug-induced transient. That's Fresno. It's regrettable that they had topull out the power outlets. That's why I'm giving this the place four stars, instead of five. I understand why they had to doit. Nevertheless, I will not give five stars until power outlets are made available once again.
