Horrible customer service. I made 2 back to back orders on their app. My bank was charged for both. The lady behind the... counter tried to fix the issue, but the other lady wanted me to pay for it again because it did not come through to hercomputer, when I was clearly showing her the order from my phone. She refused to to give me a number to speak to the manager. Iwill never eat there again...all over 8 dollars. Read more
Sandwich artist was rude, didn't listen, spoke poor English, and didn't give me what I ordered. I've worked for Subway before.... Excellent job, not a hard job by any means if you have half a brain. Subway is my go to restaurant, but not this store. Won'tever step foot in there again. Read more
The worst Subeay ever! Rude, rude, damed rude. They threw our Broccoli Cheddar soup in a bag sloppily. Our soup was all in the... bag, as with the side of guacamole. Sloppy and all smeared in the bag instead of in its container. The employee sat there andasked me what I wanted on my wrap when I ordered a specialty wrap. Every ingredient! When it was a specialty wrap, theingredients they should know. What sauce? What veggies? What meat? It's the Turkey Bacon & Guacamole Wrap, follow your ownfreaking recipe. The employees kept rushing us, even though we were the only customers. They kept giving us serious attitudewhen we kept ordering stuff, like this bothered them. This is in a great convenient location. Same subway food subs but they definitely lack customer service. They are pretty rude... and it feels like they are rushing you. The two times I ate there, the lettuce and spinach have a strange smell to them but atleast I didn't get sick. It was most likely pesticides. Read more
If it was possible to rate 0 stars that would best suit. Customer Service is horrible. Had attitudes and simply looked like they... didn't want to be there. Both of the employees were rushing us like there was a huge line and it was only my mom and daughterwith me. When I confronted the employee about her attitude she started arguing back and forth with me and my mother. Needless tosay we didn't end up buying anything here and took our business to Deli Delicious. Read more
