Bought a foot long chicken teriyaki sandwich for my nephew, asked for spoon of tuna on the side of my bread to know if my nephew... likes tuna, but the tuna I got was very old, the taste was worst, cucumber was old too, I asked her to use fresh one, lettucewas almost dried! just ordered via the app for delivery from the clinton location. app has the option to have less, regular, or extra of a... topping. but it?s kind of pointless if the employees who actually make your food ignore the requests. if i request extra of anitem, i expect extra. i?m paying for it, i?m not demanding it be given to me for free. i even included in the notes that iwould gladly pay extra for my extra toppings. why is it so hard to give the customer what they pay for? especially when onesandwich with tip costs close to $25. i understand we pay a bit extra for the convenience of delivery, but it?s not worth it ifyour requests are ignored and you don?t even get what you want. definitely will not be ordering again via the app, and iprobably wouldn?t waste my time physically going in to this particular location. the 24 hour bullard location seems to be thebest so far. aside from staying open 24 hours, the staff is super nice and have no issue with making your sandwich the wayyou?d like it. The employee (a girl with white dyed hair) was rude. Asked her to split the sandwich and put it in separate bags - she said its... too late and i have already packed them. Asked for extra napkin cus i have a kid in car- she put one napkin. Acted like she wasin hurry and no customer service at all. Bad experience Wont go there again. Read more

Poor quantity in vegetables and meat, no option in meats for kids sandwiches, like just give me what im asking im paying for it... ain't i? Definitely wouldn't recommend this place, never had an issue at other subways but i was close by so i stopped here, bigmistake. Read more

Worker behind register dosent listen or maybe dosent understand English very well. She was slow and the only one working.She... messed up 3 out of 4 of are items. The bread wasn't what we asked for and she totally forgot sauce on the wrap. Did i mentionshe was slow. Even after after numerous times of repeating she didn't seem to understand. We paid 25$ and I regret it cause iain't getting it back. Location could use a second person working. Read more
