This Taco Bell is so bad. The food quality is never fresh, even for the breakfast items when they?re first open. The orders I?ve... had are often made incorrectly or missing items. Please go somewhere else. The only reason this TB is not getting one star isbecause it?s close to where I live so it?s convenient to get to, and there are some staff members that are great at customerservice. The line employees really need to get more focused, management needs to be more involved, or their food quality needsto be checked more often from the source. Fix it. There?s no excuse for this. Ordered a promotion through the drive thru. Initially they said it was ok however when I arrived to the window to pay, I was... asked to show the coupon/promotion. I was then informed that I had to pay through the app to take advantage of the deal. Themanager who explained it to me was not very friendly and had an attitude about the situation. I processed the transactionthrough the app and then the manager handed me the food. Overall 3 stars due to the managers lack of customer service. Theemployee provided better customer service then the manager by thanking me for my order and saying have a nice day. Read more
I had a terrible experience with the Mexican Pizza, which is my favorite item in the menu. It was horrible. The tortilla was... greasy and the overall presentation was sloppy. I did make a comment to Taco Bell about it and they did replace it, but it stillwasn't to the standards that I remember before they discontinued it. Read more
Extremely poor customer service at the drive thru. Lady wasn't answering my questions. Got to the window, paid, and was... immediately told to go around and park at the front to wait for my food. I. WAS. THE. ONLY. CAR!!!!!!!!!!!! What shocked me evenmore was one of the employees when my food was ready. Luckily I looked up and saw her inside waving for me to drive around againto get my food!!!!
