Ordered delivery. 1 hour and 15 minutes later, no food. Called. You can come pick it up if you want. Will you remake... it? Yes. Drive there. Not remade, food is ice cold. "You told me you'd remake it " Very clearly the woman I spoke to on thephone..."No we didn't, you called the delivery service." Pull out my phone and redial the number, the phone in the store startsringing. Ask to remake it. It's not our fault. Could you remake now? It's not our fault. But will you remake it? It's not ourfault. (This goes on for 10 minutes) Finally agree to remake it. Get the food I ordered for delivery 2 1/2 hours after Iordered, by coming to pick it up myself. Won't even refund the four dollar delivery fee, and cop an attitude when I ask for amanager. "I don't have a manager, I have a boss. I don't know who you think you're intimidating. I purchased 2 family sized pizzas on Saturday 9/3 for a family night, I requested them to be ready at 7:30 I arrived at 7:45 and... the girl in the front told me it would be 10 more minutes because they had messed my order up (mind you I called about 3 hoursbefore to place the order). I came back in 10 minutes later around 8 pm and she gave me the pizzas and they where wrong again! Iended up leaving around 8:30 an hour later then the requested time. No manager ever came to talk the me, the employees kepthiding in the back and giving me the run around! Terrible experience. Read more
Apparently if you want a ?regular? pizza, this place is not where you want to go. No flavor in the crust or sauce?white or red.... My friend said it was like cardboard, and I agree. They also got the toppings wrong. $36 for a large with 3 toppings. We?llstick to Me and Ed?s or Mountain Mikes next time. Read more
Before you consider the Indian ingredients in the pizza, the base of the pizza is well made. Good crust, sauce, and cheese. Now... when you go and add the Indian dishes on pizza, they all work surprisingly well! Would eat again! Read more
I love this place. It is a different and unique approach to pizza. I always go with the butter chicken pizza. Just the small... size comes with 8 slices and is very filling. I love how they are not shy with their meat. Everything is generously crafted. Ialways make sure I order on a Wednesday when they're wings are on special for .89 a piece. All flavors are great but I recommendthe mango habanero and the spicy masala dry rub. Also check their website as they normally offer some good coupons. Read more
Have had the vegan pizza before from here and normally it's pretty good, but this time we asked for no cilantro and they put a... handful of it. You can see it in the photos. Normally they would show us the pizza before we leave to make sure it's correct butthey had a secure it seal so we didn't see it till we got home. We live an hour away so we couldn't go back.
