I have only used curbside services. Usually, they will bring it out to curbside a few minutes after receiving the text about... the order has completed cooking and assembly. But, I have experienced situations that they never come out to curbside. I havehad to go up to the counter and explain situation. The explanation that I receive 100% of the time is that "it never came thru." It does not matter that I checked in several times in the app. As far as the burgers (I have never ordered anything else ontheir menu), they are quite tasty. Food is good but they are a little slow here. The day I went, there was a male employee cleaning dining room and I noticed he... said hello to people walking in but he missed me for some reason. Very poor health standards. I love Habit but this location is subpar. I always order my burger well done but this location has... repeatedly given me an undercooked PINK burger. I didn?t order food born pathogens! My ?well done? burger is severelyundercooked AGAIN. Fool me once Habit shame on you. Fool me twice shame on me. Do better Habit Burger. I've always loved ordering from The Habit. Since this location opened it's been so convenient compared to having to drive to the... other Fig Garden. The taste and quality is still great but the only issue I have is that I have ordered from this location atleast 5-6 times and they've always gotten something wrong with my order. Wrong drink, wrong sauce, missing food, etc. Iunderstand human error but to get something wrong with every order, is very upsetting. I've even gone in person to specifysauces and toppings and they still get my order wrong and it's too late to go back since I've already driven home. Overall, thefood quality is about the same, a little less and their service isn't as great as other locations. Read more

Great place for a fantastic burger, had the Santa Barbara and it?s one of the best burgers ever, grilled and buttered sourdough,... double paddle with avocado. Bathrooms are extremely clean, handicap parking available with easy access. Staff was super friendlyand helpful. I stopped at the Milbrook/Herndon place in Fresno Ca. Read more
So glad they opened a location near my house. Very clean, fast service & delicious food. My fiancé and I both got the chicken... club with fries & a drink. Love that they have green tea since I don?t drink soda. Plenty of seating. Food was ready within 10minutes. Lots of peppers available. Will be back soon. Read more
Great food!! Even when the system is down and the line is long they are good people doing what they can serving great food!...
