Very clean every time we been here. Good service.
The store closes at 1:00 a.m. And I came at 12:28 a.m. And was told that they were closed because they were short-staffed. Two... different people came on to tell me that and when I asked her what time they close they said 1:00 a.m. So it seems to me thatthey are closing early just because they wanted to go home early. Food is great I love the Bourbon bacon cheeseburger extra bourbon sauce on the side ???? . Only 1 bad encounter at the location.... Other than that I was only satisfied with the food. Read more
Love their sun burst melon lemonade BUT when I received my medium fries ???? I ordered, there wasn't many in the box ????
It just took us 15 minutes to order food because their computers was down and once we got to the window it took us another 15... minutes just to get food that wasn?t fresh or done ,The night crew has poor customer services! When you ask for fresh food younever get it hamburger meat is always pink! When you try to call them they never answer the phone.. Read more
Wendy's used to be a place back in the 80s and 90s that as a young child and teenager, I loved. I used to go with my friends and... buy fries and frosties. I remember how friendly everyone was and how fast our food was prepared. I don't know where customerservice went, but it seems more and more like fast food workers just don't care! Some employees never even say thank you, hello,you're welcome or anything other than a total. Some never even look at you! This Wendy's is especially bad! Won't return!Horrible customer service! I haven?t been to Wendy?s for over 10 years. I stopped in here for a quick bite because my blood sugar was low.,(type 2... diabetic). Ordered the junior cheeseburger and the Junior fries. Fast and courteous service. Restrooms were open (unlike theMcDonald?s across the street) and clean. not disappointed. The ???? were dope! Read more
