Customer service is always great here. There is a wait sometimes for food but it's fresh and delicious. No complaints. ????
I was disappointed in this Wendy's, the meat didn't taste as good as it normally does. I love Wendy's because their beef always... tastes so good but not at this Wendy's it was a lighter color too. They say they don't freeze their meat, well I think this hadbeen frozen or something it just Was Not good in fact it really didn't have much taste at all. I don't know what theserestaurants are doing to the food but ever since COVID food is not the same and it's just thrown together and Nobody wants towork so they are all shorthanded. Read more
Love eating at this Wendy's but , for the first time , the food was poorly packed. The meals are super tiny. I didn't take... pictures because to be honest the meals didn't even look good. Its open early and closes late. Close or both freeways , I-99 andI-41. This place is Never Packed inside. Read more
The food most of the time is great, and every once in awhile it isn't. Cold fries and burgers. One time I had to wait 20 minutes... for my food. It didn't seem like they were busy maybe short-handed. There is a homeless problem there. I don't recommend goingafter dark. Maybe they could hire a security guard. The recent remodel of the building is very nice inside and out. Hopefully itcould stay nice. Lots of options on the food menu very affordable. That is what keeps me coming back. Read more
Very unsatisfied we orders 2 meals that came with bacon and neither of them had any! When my husband went to ask about it we... were told that they ran out. How do you run out of bacon!? Either the cashier is new or they do not have good communicationbetween the cook & the cashier. But the cook told my husband they don?t have any bacon at all!? I wouldn?t have mind if thecashier told us ahead of time or switch it on the receipt from asiago to just the classic chicken since that?s what I ended upgetting at the end. Overall horrible. Pretty disappointed at this location. Purchased quite a bit of food for my family and had to throw out most of it. Got it home... and my kids and wife started eating their chicken sandwiches and bit into raw chicken. Read more
Very happy with the very fast service!! The food was really good!! And it was hot when we got it!! It tasted very fresh and... everyone was very polite, I would definitely come back!! At this location specifically: Clean, Tidy and good people. Food was good and service was quick. I went during a time a Rookie... was being taught how to use the cash register which was a neet experience. The manager/supervisor was cool and very patient withthe Rook.
