This location can never follow simple instructions! I normally love Wendys and usually go out of my way to drive to another... location, due to this one NEVER being able to follow simple instructions. Due to time constraints I went by this locationagain, against my better judgment, and as usual they never fail to let me down. How hard can it be? You want a spicy chickensandwich? No, you get regular chicken! No tomatoes you say? How about extra tomatoes! Kids cheeseburger happy meals? Naw, theydon't need cheese, here have some regular burgers! Oh you want diet coke? The gal who took my order (small, dark skin, young) was super sweet. I ordered the boo book and a frosty (i wanted a large and... the coupons from the book are juniors) she wanted to make sure i didn't want to use one of the coupons from the book and doublechecked the flavors available for me. I get that its small stuff, but it matters! these days the person taking your order couldcare less about what you want, perhaps what you mean, substitutions or deals available that maybe you didn't know about. Or idk, some CLARIFICATION before putting it back to kitchen staff! They flat out don't care. But I got a pleasant young woman whoseemed to have just a nice considerate and sincere spirit. I feel bad I don't have her name but if she sees this... Keep doingwhat you're doing and you'll go far in this life. I wish I got her name but she was so kind at the drive thru that I want to keep coming back just to be helped by her. It was a... night shift lady. But she told me to have a blessed day, made eye contact with me and treated me kindly. I will be coming backmore often just cause of her. This place used to be my favorite. It's been going downhill for a while. My last 6 visits I'm told to wait when I get to the... speaker and I wait for 5 minutes, and thats after being in line for 10. Once waited for 5 minutes when there were only 2 cars inthe drive thru. Fries are always cold. Burgers are most of the time cold. Chili is half full. Do yourself a favor and drive alittle further down the road to In 'n' Out. You'll get in line behind 15 people and get out faster with better food. Read more
Waited an hour for my food because God know why. Not only that, my daughter started choking. She's 1 by the way. I gave her the... heimlic and out pops an egg shell. So I checked my others ans sure enough egg shells. My Baby was choking! They have gone downwith customer service. But this was the last straw! Read more
The employees were helpful and pleasant, the food was prepared promptly, and the restaurant and bathrooms were clean, but my... strawberry chicken salad needed improvement. It had a generous portion of fresh grilled chicken, but it was skimpy in saladgreens and the few strawberries that were included were not fresh. My husband ordered the apple pecan chicken salad, which alsocame close to being very good, but it was also skimpy on the greens. Overall, the new salads taste good and they are a muchhealthier option on the menu than many other things, but they are definitely more expensive and should be a bit more generousfor the prices charged. 35 min wait only to have my order completely wrong. The only good thing about this place was the person who took my order. Fries... were cold and smelled like cardboard. Will not be returning here. If I want Wendy's I'll take the 20 min drive to Herndon andCedar, much better quality Read more
