A couple years ago I worked at this place, and let me tell you that the owners are something else. I have never ever felt... compelled to write a review about this place, but I stopped by today heading to the casino and asked the folks behind thecounter about the condition of the workplace still, and apparently nothing has changed. The owners: husband, wife, and two sons,are all still working the staff dry. No benefits for the employees except free refills on sodas (which applies to customers,which means its not a real benefit), still a backwards chain of command (all four owners tell the staff different things, yetthey get upset and lecture staff when something isn?t done their way), and the owners still demand that the staff keep old food,even though that is disgusting and against health code policies. What really annoys me still is the benefits, because I stillremember a case when I had worked upwards of a 70 hour work week, and had asked one of the owners for a free sandwich cause Ihad forgotten to bring food. Not only was he rude about it, but implied that he should not have to suffer any financial lossbecause I forgot to prepare myself a meal. Yet a few days prior, some friends of his were heading to the lake when they wereallowed to stop by and pick up five catering trays, absolutely free. The staff when I came in was friendly, and busting theirbutts behind the counter. There was no smiles accept for when I was greeted, but seeing that the working conditions have notchanged, and the workers are still most likely understaffed (which was another issue at the time of my employment), I don?tblame them. If you are a potential customer looking to stop by on your way to say the lake or the casino, keep all this in mindwhen you walk through that door. You never know what the staff of this establishment have to deal with on a daily basis. Read more
It?s still subway but the staff was so amazing and made us the perfect subways sandwiches. They also were great with my younger... nieces who were ordering on their own for the first time. Thanks Friant Subway team! Read more
Best tuna melt in the central valley. I couldn't stop eating it to take a picture. No waiting in line. Go to grab great... sandwiches and go to the lake. Read more
Horrible service! I asked for a glove change because munda(worker) touched pork product and I do not eat pork. She looked at me... like I was crazy and did it anyways. She then proceeded to smash my sandwiches while wrapping them up. 1 this is a crosscontamination case. 2 why would she be so rude over a simple polite question? Will not recommend this location, in fact I say goout of your way to avoid this place. This is just 1 bad experience, but I have had many here. This just happens to be the laststraw :( Read more
Seemed to busy flirting with each other to make our food, didn't even fold any of the sandwich just left the bread open and... rolled it in the paper, made unwrapping the sandwich messy and more difficult than it needed to be. There is no point in making an online order for this location. They have "lost" my order a few times. But today was the icing on... the cake. I ordered online like I always do. I go in there to pick it up and I end up having to wait like 20 mins to even beacknowledged. Then she tells me she never received an online order. So I showed her my order number and that it was already paidfor. So she said she was going to talk to her manager but still make it for me. After about another 5 mins, she calls hermanager and puts me on the phone with her. The manager tells me that the clerk didn't accept the order and that the money wouldbe back on my card in 2-3 days. Not that she would make it for me anyway. Well by then I was out of time and had to get back towork. So I left empty handed. I don't go there again. And I was a very loyal frequent customer. I don't recommend anyone elsegoing there either unless you have a long time to wait and have the patience to be forgotten about. Just ridiculous!! Read more
The women who work there are extremely nice and polite, they talk to you not just take your order and snub you. I asked or Sweet... teriyaki chicken sauce on my veggies sandwich and she did it without making a face like some do. Fast and friendly service. It'svery clean and tidy. Read more
