Good coffee, great bagels and so reasonably priced for the area
Good espresso. We had their smoothies that you can get as bowls, clean ingredients with add-on options. Very tasty.
Matcha latte tastes great. Nice view.
Worst chai tea latte ever. They were nice enough to try and remake it, but the second one was worse.
Waited 45 minutes for "instant" oatmeal and a smoothie we didn't end up getting in the end due to Unexpected technical... difficulties with the blender. Couldn't figure out how to refund my card so they Gave me 6$ cash back for the smoothie but hadno problem keeping the tax and $6 tip I had given prior to the experience. There were only 2 other people in line at the timeof ordering so it wasn't a case of being in the weeds either. To top it off not even a simple apology was given for theinconvenience. Was so excited to go here after a long day traveling. Stood at the counter with another customer for 5 minutes, no sign of... anyone. Finally looked around a corner to see two employees just sitting on stools. They just stared and me and said nothing. Afew minutes later I asked if they worked at Riptide and one of them got up, ambled over, and she just acted super resentful.Didn't even want to help the other person who'd been waiting longer than me. The employee was a tall, larger woman who justacted put out about everything, no trace of warmth or welcome. Impatient with me over deciding what I wanted. She acted like itphysically hurt her to stand up and interact. Please hire someone who's happy to be there! Bad vibes! Ugh, so disappointing! Read more
