Drive thru takes forever no matter how busy. There could be zero people ordering here and you?re still gonna be waiting 15-20+... mins for your food. It?s not about being busy or understaffed, it?s just pure carelessness. I now see why Burger King is goingout of business. This one should have shut down years ago! Only rating 1 star because that's the only option. I waited in drive thru for over 10 minutes,,food was not fresh. I tried to... call and speak to someone and the phone would just ring without and option for the voice-mail. Went into the store which wasbeyond dirty. The manager was claimed that since I didn't have a receipt or the food there was nothing that could be done. Theperson that took my order was there and said she remembered me and that she remembered my order. Still I was refused a remake. Read more

Where to start. Surprised they were open. It's hit or miss on that one. And the kid at the drive-thru sounded like they ran over... his dog on the microphone. Complete lack of any kind of enthusiasm. Not to mention having us wait 5 minutes at the speaker. Thisyoung man was exactly the reason that location is a sinking ship. Won't eat there ever again. Read more

I was Being charge for honey barbecue sauce an the girl was gonna give it to me till the manager steped in an told her she need... to charge for these but the manager was very rude and yelled at her right in front of us an people behind me after the employeewas so embarrassed she just looked at the ground when she rang me up for 1 sauce for .25 cents. Trying to hold out for this place, but when the chicken is chewy and raw in the middle it has to be mentioned. Garbage... everywhere under the drive-thru window. The drive thru staff had to ask what the order was. And the fries were dull and soggy ascan be. Been going there for years and this has been the worst it's been. Hopefully the Tuesday night staff can get it togetherin the future because it was a very poor experience. ???? Read more

I brought my little one here on a rainy day to get some food and play. He was on the verge of a meltdown when I told him that... play land was closed for the day. The staff noticed and really went the extra mile to make sure that he still a greatexperience. The service here is phenomenal, Better than a lot of sit down restaurants I?ve visited lately. Placed a mobile order around 10pm. The app said they were open until midnight, google also showed they were open until midnight.... Drove there and the lights were still on, even the drive thru screens/monitors were all lit up. Sat there for a minute or two.Finally someone yells at me through the speaker that they closed at 10. As if I somehow inconvenienced them. Put a sign out ifyou?re closed or shut the lights off. Everything online shows you?re open so how would I know ??????? Read more

I did not get what I asked for. And the food tasted old. I wanted pickles on my fish. It tasted old and no cooked soggy and was... not cut in half. No flavor. Fish did not have texture it was like it was ground up. Burgers ???? were not tasty not hot orjuicy. Choose not to go back. Read more
