We were yet another customer who ordered pizza delivery and you never delivered it, called, or emailed. If this was an isolated... incident, it might be forgivable, but your reviews show that we're not alone. Now our evening is spoiled and we're going to bedhungry. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Bad food, worse customer service. Would recommend not ordering delivery from them.
Called to order a pizza about 3 weeks ago the guy on the phone couldn't find the coupon I was talking about so I went somewhere... else. Yesterday called and ordered the lady was very sweet said she would give it to me but didn't know about the coupon. When Igot there and showed them the one guy argued with me, who does that? It's sad because I really like the pizza but will go backto Carbone's even though it's a little further drive and no delivery. Read more
Order from here if you like throwing money away and not eating pizza. We ordered a pizza from here to be delivered. Never... showed up after an hour+ and we called them. They said it was delivered to the wrong house and nothing they could do, sorry.Asked to talk to a manager and they told me ?no?. And hung up. Went over to my neighbors where they said it was delivered,watched on their ring cam that the guy was sent away in the car WITH the pizza. Called back, they told us the driver deliveredthe pizza and that we ?Were lying to get free pizza.? and hung up on me again. Easily the worst customer service experience ofmy life. Came in from out of state for a soccer weekend. We looked for a good place between the fields and hotel. Was expecting to dine... in, but was worth the wait! We will go out of our way if in the mood for pizza when back in the cities! The staff was kind andgave us a great pie! Also helped that when we got there, some regulars in the parking lot recommended this. Read more
