It was meh. Chicken strip basket, didn't get any gravy, my s'mores shake was a vanilla shake with some chunks of something in... it. Wasn't very smoresy. From start to finish 10 minutes in the drive through. Food was hot though and the young man at thedrive thru window was friendly. Read more
Normally the product is great, and I know everything everywhere is charging more. That being said, we were there on Friday, my... husband got the peanut buster parfait, and I tried the new cherry chocolate blizzard size small ,Just under $12?! The parfaitwas a LOT smaller than I remember it used to be, and the blizzard literally had ONE maraschino cherry in it, so not worth it. We just decided to enjoy a sweet treat after dinner, but realized that they would be closing soon. Very friendly and courteous... woman took our order and said not to worry about the closing time, just enjoy. That there were plenty of closing tasks for themto do without disturbing us. Disappointing to see that the Safety Shields have been taken down and the staff are not wearing masks any longer. It is... unfortunate that they are putting their interests ahead of a customers. I just came back from a 7 State Road Trip and this isthe first time I've come across service personnel putting themselves ahead of the public. Read more
An obviously new employee had trouble running my card. To make it easier I paid in cash, but checked my bank and showed her... that it had actually went through. Her boss snarkily refunded my cash but said that will end up not clearing and I guess youjust get your order for free. Like I would "steal" this measly amount. PS the transaction did clear. I was happy to work withthe new employee who was sweet as could be. Her boss was some middle aged miserable man with no skill set to deal with people. Read more
