Lady taking orders early morning in the drive thru needs an attitude adjustment. Girl at the window taking money and handing... food and drinks was so sweet! I was there yesterday, my experience was crazy customer service on the drive-thru ,the shift manager was taking our Oder's, she... was very rude & yelling and combative early in morning ,then I decided to come to the front and asked for the store manager soI can complain about my experience ,they call the police on me and they lied ,they told the police they don't feel safe for meto ask for manages phone # ,it's crazy experience I ever hard in my life. We did order ahead on the app for drive thru pickup ~ not the best app either and it's a must.I didn't receive a confirmation... text nor email when our order was ready. I went inside the store however and asked about our order. It was there, ready yetcold. I feel if our order was fresh we'd have better feedback as well. We'll try again for sure though. Read more
