Lady taking orders early morning in the drive thru needs an attitude adjustment. Girl at the window taking money and handing... food and drinks was so sweet! But the lady who was ACTUALLY on the intercom should be fired. No manners. Walking around cussingat 8 AM. Sounded irritated that people were even there ordering. Ew. I was there yesterday, my experience was crazy customer service on the drive-thru ,the shift manager was taking our Oder's, she... was very rude & yelling and combative early in morning ,then I decided to come to the front and asked for the store manager soI can complain about my experience ,they call the police on me and they lied ,they told the police they don't feel safe for meto ask for manages phone # ,it's crazy experience I ever hard in my life. We did order ahead on the app for drive thru pickup ~ not the best app either and it's a must.I didn't receive a confirmation... text nor email when our order was ready. I went inside the store however and asked about our order. It was there, ready yetcold. I feel if our order was fresh we'd have better feedback as well. We'll try again for sure though. Read more
love dunkin I just wish they would start filling reusable cups again!! I asked and the worker said they can't fill it for me but... that I could just pour my drink into my reusable cup and they can throw away the plastic cup which kind of defeats the wholepoint because there's still the unnecessary plastic waste. I have sooo many reusable cups i wish I could start using again :/other than that I love this dunkin they're the only location where the drinks consistently taste the same, I've been to othersand always order the same thing and the drinks always taste different. Need a better Tilte on donuts or picture of filled donuts. Wanted the vanilla frosting filled. Never got it even after going... back in. And regular cake donuts with glaze was wrong too. After 9 wrong I gave up. Very nice people but need pictures on trayor wall. Might help! Hyw 47 In Fridley. I threw total order in trash!! Went to a different Dunkin and got it right. The women in the drive thru taking my order was very rude because she couldn?t here me order. I then spoke up and moved up a bit... so she could hear me better, then proceeded with my order. She then snapped at me and stated in a rude manner? I CANT HEARYOU!? It?s not my fault that you built the store right next to a busy highway. Read more
