This is my main starbucks I have went here for years because it is just so close to me and easy? But a few days ago I had placed... a mobile order at 7:50 and the prep time was 9-12 minutes which was fine. I got there at about 8 and I walked in and there wereso many people in there and it was super busy. So I waited because I was understanding. Still standing there at 8:20 which was30 minutes past my order pickup time. I went up to the lady and asked her if my ticket got lost or if they are just that behindand she asked my name and then never came back to tell me if they had or or not, meanwhile I had to get to work so I said isthere anyway you could cancel my order and she said no very rudely. So I waited for about 10 more minutes which it was 40minutes at this time and the lady still was just really rudely talking to everyone I thought that was just very disrespectful. Iended up leaving or I was going to be late for work and didn?t even end up getting my order I paid for and the lady was nothingbut rude. Sorry to say but I will never be going to this starbucks ever again. Read more

Slowest drive thru EVER!! Staff is rude as well. I waited over 30 mins in the drive through, got to the window and they hadnt... even started making it. When they finally gave me my drink it was a hot drink instead of iced. Not really a big deal sincemistakes happen, but when I asked them to make it iced, the barista responded back "why don't you come at 6am to get your coffeethen? Why do you have to come now? Just take your drink as is" I was kind of shocked that was the response I got, and wasn'tsure how to respond. Right then, someone else who had overheard came and gave me a free drink card. I accepted that and myincorrect drink just so I could get out of there. The drink they gave me was someone else's drink entirely. I haven't been backsince. Read more

I witnessed a summary of unreasonable customer service and poor quality of the drinks. I have worked as a barista before so I... completely understand the feeling of a rush. I ordered a simple caramel ribbon crunch and a caramel macchiato but was rushed forpayment and then had a long wait to receive my drinks. The caramel ribbon crunch was watered down to the point where I could?veleft it in the sun and there wouldn?t have been a difference an hour later. Then there wasn?t even a normal serving size of whipcream or toppings. When I asked for it to be remade, they said there wasn?t time even though there wasn?t any other customers.Another employee then remade the drink with an attitude, drowning the bottom of the cup with caramel, half the cup with whipcream and the rest with coffee that wasn?t drinkable through the straw. The worse customer service I have ever experienced in my life was at this Starbuck in Fridley MN, 5300 block. I walked in ,... excited because I love Starbucks. I Ordered for pumpkin spice, the young lady asked hot or ice? I SAID ICE. But I noticed shenever asked for my name. She let me used the rest room by giving me the code. Very nice I said. I even gave a good tip. Afterwaiting I noticed my ordered was taking for ever, I walked up and asked same girl at the counter. I said you did not asked myname, is this mind? The lady making the drinks said no, yours coming soon. I was asked again hot or ice, I said ice again forthe second time. She brought me the hot one. I said if this is mind, I never asked for hot. I said your have to pay attentions.They same distracted . She said oh , so sorry I will make you a cool one. The made one with whipped cream on the top. Really?Did i ever mentioned whipped cream? Asking myself and shaking my head. I said listen this is not my ordered. They argue that itis. I was tired waiting over 15 minutes? I couldn't stayed any longer, I left the drink and my money with them. Did not evenhave the time for reform. I said take my money, I am leaving, without any remorse, they like thank you, like I am theproblem. They lack customer service experience. They need some more training. Read more

This is my spot. They always get my order right. They are always so friendly and patient. I truly enjoy getting coffee here and... seeing the atmosphere/ mingle with the employees. They even know my dogs names and ask if I want pup cups for them ?? Read more

The baristas at this location are always very nice and the orders done well. The issue is the drive thru is so hit or miss. It?s... either a quick experience, or more likely, I?m in the drive thru for 20 minutes. I end up staring at the clock because it?sactually 20 minutes. My friend and I were there yesterday with two separate orders and when we got to the window the guy wasvery apologetic for the wait and then gave my friend her order for free. I shared that we had two separate orders and then hesaid I would have to pay for mine. Didn?t make sense since we both waited the same amount of time? I get they can?t give freedrinks to everyone, but it was still really awkward. Read more

Ordered my normal drink which I literally order every single day at the Arden hills Starbucks and when ordering the girl taking... my order was clearly confused so I thought she must be new which is totally fine and understandable. When I got to the windowthough she legit explained to me how I should order it instead to make it easier for her to understand. First of all, girl thatis ur job. Second of all, what on earth was the point of that? What on earth are the chances I go back to this Starbucks and shetakes my order again? If you eventually figured it out why tell me how I should?ve said it? So unnecessary and rude anddefinitely won?t be returning here. A quiet yet Social spot for delicious coffees and tea...can hook up to WiFi..or play some card games. Great atmosphere and... friendly staff..always a Pleasure to talk to.
