I always wondered why the place looks empty. Twice I have tried to buy food from this place yet both times I encountered... rudeness, bad customer service. Hello, I just wanted to share my absolute awful experience here a few weeks ago. Let me start off by I?m 8months pregnant. I was... coming from somewhere which had me in the car for an hour. I had to use the bathroom so I stopped in here. There was NO ONE inthe restaurant besides a male worker up front. I said ? hi can I please use your bathroom? he said no its not working. I laughedand said ok, do I need to buy something to use the bathroom? He replied and said yes. I said why couldn?t you tell me thatinstead of lying to me saying the bathroom doesn?t work. So I went to my car to grab money to buy a water. I came back in and hesaid sorry the limit for credit card is $5. I?m sharing my experience because one thing I can?t stand is a LIAR. I am pregnantand if I needed to purchase something to use the bathroom that should have been said first. Overall we are new to the area andwanted to try this restaurant. Now my family and all my friends will not. **update. After reading other peoples reviews. I?mcertain the guy I?m talking about is the same one everyone else is talking about being rude. Unable to order food over the phone. Went in to make an order after 7:45pm and the door said no mask no entry. Found a mask to... wear. Went in and looked like no inside seating and take out only. Person behind the counter didn't have a mask. I wasinterested in several items. He said, Kitchen is closed. Pizza only. I was unable to order because he kept repeating no English.Kitchen is closed. Get insulted, strain to understand the Italian accent, soak up the hand gestures, and LOVE the pizza! Perfectly, like real... Italian pizza. This chewy hand-thrown crust with thin toppings of delicious real ingredients was not greasy or too salty like somany other places are. (We had the Mediterranean and Pesto Chicken) ???????? Read more

When I first walked in I was a little confused if it was seat yourself or if they sat you at a table. The lady behind the... counter instructed me to sit where I pleased and to come up to the counter when i was ready to order. Certainly a differentstyle of dining but I was solely curious about the food as this day was National Pasta Day. My first look was towards thespecials of which I chose the Chicken Gorgonzola. This dish came with a house salad that contained cucumbers, onions, olives,peppers, and tomatoes with house dressing on the side. The Chicken Gorgonzola contained butter white wine sauce, prosciutto,gorgonzola, cream sauce over a bed of spaghetti. I paired this dish with a glass of white wine and was no disappointed by anymeans. For dessert they had an Oreo cheesecake that was the perfect size and the flavor was absolutely amazing. I'm giving thisplace a 5 star review solely on the food and I will certainly be back for more in the very near future. Read more

Drove from DC to La Bella Italia only for pizza- as the other menu items were not available. A coworker recommended them and I... was eager to see if it was worth all of the fuss. It was not. I am pizza aficionado and this was the worst pizza I have everhad in my entire life. Crust was hard and crunchy, I could barely pull apart because it clearly could not be cut with thecutter. If a scone could be pizza crust this would be it. The sauce was barely there and the cheese looked funny. I gave it awhirl. I immediately felt sick to the stomach shortly after eating 2 slices and still feel bad. I trashed the rest and I amcalling the Anne Arundel Health Department Monday morning. I am not upset that I drove from DC, I am upset that I did not callahead. I understand that COVID-19 has affected a lot of small businesses but quality of product should never decline. I wouldhave waited an hour if it would guarantee better tasting food. Ugh I am so disappointed and disgusted thinking about it and Itruly pray nothing was done with ill intent while making my food.
