Staff is friendly.. place is clean and they move fast. online pickup window ordering system continues to say oops, error when... you try to check out. Annoying when you spend time to go faster and then have to go inside. Also in general for all of chipotleadding guacamole is an extra $2.65, that?s extreme considering you get no more than 2 table spoons in your burrito. Read more
Ordered a salad. Didn?t fill up the bowl and when I poked around, realized there was barely any lettuce. Very disappointing... since it takes A LOT of lettuce to make a meal. Second extremely poor experience in a row at this location. Read more
It?s very sad that the closest chipotle to my house is the worst chipotle I?ve ever been to? guys?. Just go to the one off Bay... Area blvd in Webster instead. The one in Webster is immaculate. I have never seen a more disgusting chipotle in my life than theFriendswood one. The young guys that work there are absolutely disgusting. I saw them pick food up with their hands off of thefilthy counter and put it back into the food containers. The food tastes absolutely awful and nothing is cooked correctly. Acouple months ago I called corporate to let them know how filthy it is, and I came back to see if it improved. It?s still thesame. I will never eat here again. Staff worked hard and were good; however, this is a very slow moving restaurant. If it had been really busy inside (take out was... super busy), we would have left. Once I began placing my order I knew I was in for a bad experience. Rude workers all around, they gave me half sized portion... scoops & when I corrected them they argued & charged me for double portions due to their poor attention to detail.
