Update: waited 3 years to try again. Great service but made my Julius completely wrong. It was all icy and gross Usually I have... no problems at this location. However, The staff was not friendly at all tonight when I went through the drive through. Itseemed as if it was bothering them to have to take my order. They never thanked me for order, smiled, or were even somewhatnice. They bordered on straight up rude. My banana split was all melty and made a huge mess when I took the lid off. It's as ifthey don't give 2 cents about their job. The only reason I gave them 3 stars is that I have had good experiences with otherstaff members on previous visits. Read more
Just went through the drive-through for a banana split. I got home and found that they?d given me a banana that was so overripe... that it was partially liquid. Super gross. Very little else in the way of toppings, other than a bunch of pecans. Couldn?t tasteany strawberry, although I saw a smidge of the red stuff. Read more
Our ice cream was delicious, but I witnessed a major health problem from one of the staff here. One female employee was making a... sundae for a drive-thru customer, and every time some ice cream or chocolate dripped down the side of the cup, she?d actuallywipe it off with her fingers and then lick it off of her fingers! That is absolutely disgusting!!! She?d go back and forthbetween licking her fingers and handling this poor customer?s food, and then played on her phone without ever washing her hands.This is very gross and I sincerely hope she didn?t touch any of our food.
