Had an idea of getting a sandwich cookie cake made but couldn?t find anyone to do it. Finally decided to just make one myself... and to buy the individual cookie cakes from Great American Cookies. The day of, I went into the store and the guy at the counterheard me talking about what I needed to do to make this big cookie sandwich cake and he said they could do that too! In fact hesaid he could make it within the hour! I was so pleasantly surprised and relieved!! The party was in an hour and he texted mewhen it was done so I was right on time. The cookie cake was DELICIOUS and what was left stayed soft for days!! It was a hit!Will definitely go to them again and again. Read more
There was an older Asian lady who couldn't be bothered to help me but George was FANTASTIC. Excellent customer service. He took... my cookie order for my son's 21st birthday. It was almost what I ordered but it said "21th". It was a $5.00 upcharge for theextra frosting I needed and then it wasn't spelled correctly.
