Had an idea of getting a sandwich cookie cake made but couldn?t find anyone to do it. Finally decided to just make one myself... and to buy the individual cookie cakes from Great American Cookies. The day of, I went into the store and the guy at the counterheard me talking about what I needed to do to make this big cookie sandwich cake and he said they could do that too! In fact hesaid he could make it within the hour! I was so pleasantly surprised and relieved!! The party was in an hour and he texted mewhen it was done so I was right on time. There was an older Asian lady who couldn't be bothered to help me but George was FANTASTIC. Excellent customer service. He took... my cookie order for my son's 21st birthday. It was almost what I ordered but it said "21th". It was a $5.00 upcharge for theextra frosting I needed and then it wasn't spelled correctly. By far my favorite place to get dessert! Wonderful customer service, my favorite ice cream on earth, and a wide variety of... cookies, cookie cakes, and ice cream cakes! Not to mention countless ice cream toppings. Really, what's not to love? Read more

Very poor quality control. Don't speak English well enough to communicate effectively. Could not understand Happy Birthday AJ... over the telephone for a cookie cake. Marble Slab is always overpriced fir nothing special. Read more
