My family loves going here. I like that they almost always have a vegan option since I can't do dairy.

I love frozen yogurt but unfortunately not everyone makes it great. However menchies does a great job at creating and making... some good flavors! I also love that it is self serve, it's fun to be able to create your own cup! What?s not to like?! Friendly employees, clean store, awesome flavors of ice cream (fro yo?) and a jillion choices of toppings.... I love the outdoor seating, and the fact that it?s easy to sample the flavors. Ours averaged $8/each, which is kind of crazyexpensive, considering you can get a half gallon of Blue Bell for less than the price of one Menchie?s. Very inconsistent service and flavors. We are always looking for dairy-free flavors, and menchie's sometimes offers a non-fruit... based one, and sometimes doesn't. Any time I ask about dairy-free flavors coming back, no one knows, or the rude girl who workshere just says, "no". When I asked about dairy in a topping, she said, "I don't know", but did not offer to look it up in thebook that is under her register. When my daughter and I both said, "Thank you!", she just looked down at her phone and didn'trespond. We have experienced more kind and helpful staff in the past, which is why I gave more than 1 star, but the girl thereconsistently at 4pm on the weekdays now is not the most customer-focused or pleasant.
