I've heard of this place through the grapevine. I ignored it as I feel fine dining and upscale eateries are not as good as the... hype that follows them. Everyone kept telling me about a porkchop so famous, you will never forget it, and there will never beanything like it. Intrigued, I bit the financial bullet and gave it a try. I rushed home to dig into my pickup order as I wantedit at its peak freshness. I opened the take out container and saw this massive hunk of pork that reminded me of that endingcredits scene from the old Flintstones cartoon with the massive rack of meat that tips the car over. All jokes aside, I tookthis beast on and it was an experience. Okay, I get it. I see why people love this entree. So flavourful, so tender, sosuccelent, so filling. This will take another day or two to finish but unlike other upscale establishments, you get your money'sworth. You win Perry's. You're absolutely delicious and unforgettable. Ordered the seafood stuffed mushrooms and they arrived lukewarm along with the fresh bread. Never had a bad experience with this... location before so I was quite surprised. I informed the server about the mushrooms and it was taken off my ticket which wasprofessional and great service. Went on a weekend evening to pick up our dinner to go, as usual. It was pretty busy on both sides (dine in area & meat market/to... go area), but the market area thinned out pretty fast so I wasn't waiting long. The cashier seemed very focused and organized,albeit not very friendly, but I figured that was due to the busy crowd when I walked in. Didn't pick up any steaks this time,but they did look amazing. Perry's is the best there is for steaks and chops in the area. Their butcher shop serves only top Angus beef and they have many... many sides and specialty items. I reccomend the pork chop. Its 2 pork chops with a small roast and the "eyelash". They cut it upfresh off the grill at your table right before your eyes. You won't be disappointed. Read more

Sam our waitress was super friendly and attentive, atmosphere was cozy with the meat side of the restaurant with meat available... for purchase. Wine was excellent, white Moscato, salad with home made buttermilk "recommended" was delicious and the bread wasa warm dense but not overly dense bread with whipped butter that melted right in. As far as the steaks, they were both cookedperfectly but im more of a salt and pepper person. These have a buttery herb seasoning that while tasted good wasn't reallywhat I prefer on a steak but that's just a personal choice.
