We walked in at 8:30 and a handicapped woman and a guy where sitting on the corner table we looked at the time to make sure they... were not closed. The door and website says they close at 9:30 but its only 8:30 so the young kid when to the register and tookour order he had a very hard time . i don't think he has a clue about the job. We finally finish placing our order soup andsalad and 1 medium sandwich not a big deal order . We ask for cups for our waters and we got our waters plastic silverware andset down. Few mins later he is wrapping up our bags and hand to us we open it and i start getting ready to eat when he said wecan not eat there is only 8:45 Im like what time you all close he said 9:30 but at this time you all going to have to leave imlike we will finish before 9:00 I ordered a soup and salad then I not going home i have to pick up my kid . I was like why youdidn't told us before we place order .Why your not locked the doors if thats the case we could just use the drive thru. The oldlady was just looking at us and the kid was insisting for is to leave i was ready to leave putting my stuff back in the bag andI ask for my dressing and he refused to give it to me but overall i feel that the poor kid doesn't know what he is doing and theold lady was also ready for us to leave . I would like to let you know if you don't want customer to dine in close the door soyou don't get customer upset and also train your workers to have customers service and be polite not to kick customer out likethat . I really fell humiliated because the kid was so rude and the lady also was so rude to kick us out at 8:45 pm when theycould us let is eat our food im 10 mins. ?? I am very shocked that this location is still in business. I saw a Cockroach crawling at Register I decided not to eat from... there canceled my oder Immediately the manger was not concerned about the Incident when bought to her Intention also she told methat there trying to recover from being robbed And there is not a district manger I can speak to what dose being robbed haveto do with haven it Exterminated. Not clean poor customer service would not recommend .. also a guy in front of me was deninedhis food cause he did not have a smaller bill then 20 $ if you don?t have change and you need to turn customers away. And youhave roaches crawling. All over you are a place of bussince you should have change in your Register for a 20. Read more
The sandwich was loaded and delicious!!! I am ever so grateful for the gluten free bread!!! Soda was yummy and chips were fresh.... Employee that took my order was kind and delivered to my table with graciousness. Read more

I ordered a deluxe original. I ask for everything on it, except no special sauce, just mustard. When it came, it was only meat... and mustard. I took it back and the manager, (who took the order because the clerk was not trained properly yet.) said that Isaid mustard only. I said who wants a sandwich with just meat and mustard? He made another one and it had lettuce and tomatothis time, but no olives. He put so much mustard on it, I had to scrape it off, the cheese and meat were cold. I chose not totake it back the second time because at this point I figured he would spit in it or something. I did report it to the number onthe receipt and they too a report. Read more
Gets worse every year. Waited 20 minutes for half sandwich and soup. Soup was cold and sandwich barely had any ingredients in... it. Might as well have just given me bread alone. The franchise owners are lacking. Read more
