Came a whole hr before closing..one dude was trying to mop with ppl in the building, tried to come and make my sandwich after he... touched a dirty mop asked him to wash his hands before making my sandwich gave me a dirt look, only giving me little bit ofeverything so I politely ask for extra since he wasn't giving me enough, the other girl that work there sat on her phone whenshe was done with the customer in the corner of the register get home and my bread is soggy as hell isn't that what the toasterthing y'all have the breading for I guess apparently it was off. I will never order from this location again. Worst serviceever. All your doing to building a sandwich. I can't speak for AM or mid shifts, but a couple things on the PM shift: First, some of the most awful customer service I've... ever experienced. You could literally stand there for five minutes just staring at eachother in a completely empty store, andthey still wouldn't say anything. I've had to initiate and completely lead the transaction every single time I've been in here.It's like they've never spoken to another person before. No greeting, no "what can I get for you," no "anything else?" It'sliterally just like, awkward silence the entire time. And of course I'm the only one to say "thank you" after the transaction iscomplete. Second, never ever mobile order from this location. They'll skimp on all ingredients and not add ingredients that youpaid extra for, like it comes out of their paycheck. If you're out of something, let the customer know when they come to pick itup and refund them so they don't get home with a half complete sandwich that they paid extra for. As someone who works incustomer service and understands the good, bad, and ugly of food service, the closers at this store are some of the absoluteworst examples of customer service I've ever seen. I'm not asking you to do backflips for me. I'm literally just asking forcommon courtesy and basic, decent customer service. Both of which do not exist in this location. It's embarrassing,actually. Its had been awhile since I had gone to Subway and decided I would stop and try one of their new sandwiches. I had the Italian... and was better then I expected it would be and would recommend if for no other reason then the new and different meats used init. Read more

I was in the Friendswood location recently on a weekday at lunchtime. There was only one person in the store, and she was... expertly, and efficiently, taking orders, making sandwiches, and completing transactions at the register. I'm no money bags byany means, but I handed her a decent tip before leaving. Not one time did she complain or play the blame game. Pay attentionfolks, please. I hope she is still there making our lunches. Edit: today I was treated like someone who didn't belong at Subway. I didn't expect to be recognized, but I feel like the management should train to not only greet a customer, but perhaps pastea smile on for your customers! This subway is very busy during lunchtime. The customer service of the place I always found great. Unfortunately the couple of... times I have visited this subway past month during lunch hour - there is only one person serving the rush hour. Wanted to writethis review for the lady employee - she was the only person in the store, and she was expertly taking orders, makingsandwiches, and handling the transactions at the register - all the while she had a pleasant conversation with customers neverdid she ones complained. Visiting this location for many years and today was the absolute worst! Apparently I interrupted the woman (lady would be... stretching it) as I approached the counter. As I was reading from a text to order a sandwich, this person raised her voice at metwice as I attempted to order. Just plain ol' rude! Doubtful I'll ever visit this location again. Read more

My husband went to this location, he asked the guy to heat up the meat before assembling the sandwich because the meat is always... cold no matter how much the toast it and the guy said ?I don?t know how to do that?? Then he prepared the sandwich in a verysloppy manner and when my husband got home (we live 3 minutes away) the sandwich fell apart when my husband tried to pick it upto eat. He lost his appetite.
