I was afraid that this place would fit stereotype for ?expensive ski food? not great just ok. Sawmill?s food is a breath of... fresh air! The food is great!! Our server was a stellar human being but the food was absolutely abysmal. I think someone equates pounds of sugar in both the... pizza sauce and wing sauce as delicious but it just made me pass in $75 of food and eat the grapes I brought for my 5 year old.What can you do? Ok. Dig this place. Good people. Literally right on the mountain; mere steps from the main chairlift in center village. Moment... of honesty: pizza was 5 stars. Family loved it. Good crust. Tasty cheese. Great! Fantastic. Mozzarella sticks were 2 stars atbest. It?s like 14 bucks for six crayon sized hollow tubes of breading. Wont get them again. Mental note taken. Great food, fast, fairly priced, and a decent beer menu with local variety. Our server was an absolute a joke, though. Maybe... she was having a bad day, but she really put a stink on our experience. You looking for a solid dining experience in copper mountain you?ve found it with Sawmill! You get 6 mozzarella sticks my clique... and I got HUNGRY! Extensive menu selection plenty of drinks if that?s your cup of tea, now I?m a harsh critic when it comes topizza because it?s my favorite food. This will satisfy you and any other you bring along. Atmosphere is "Chill". Which was very cool and relaxing. PIZZA - FREAKING AWESOME. Some of the best I ever had. My kid was "over... the moon" how good it was. Service: Our waiter was excellent. He was dialled in and new what to do to make it happen. And veryhappy to please. Don't see this quality service much these days so I was happy to get this guy.
