I waited in the drive through for 15 minutes. Totally understandable because it was very hot today and they were busy. No one... answered at the menu and the cars before me pulled up 2 car lengths so I pulled up to order at the window. I waited a solid 2minutes to order, but no one answered. I get to the window and tell them no one answered while I was at the menu and order andthen blonde girl tells me to pull back around through the line. I said that?s ridiculous because I just waited in line, so Iasked if I could just pick them up inside to which she said yes. I then had to wait another 20 minutes to get my 2 smallsnowcones. I don?t care how busy they are, it should not take me over 40 minutes to get 2 simple cones. Will not come back here. Read more

I waited for close to 1 hour in the drive thru line. From the time I placed an order to the time I got my order, it was at least... 35-40min. Cars in front of me were ordering 8+ snowcones at a time, and trying to troubleshoot their BB mobile app through thedrive thru. Employees should direct these people INSIDE and not hold up the line. When I finally received my snowcone, the orderwas wrong and the ice cream had completely melted to mush at the bottom. This place needs management and better action plans.Disappointed. Read more
** Follow up to the below review. The owner reached out and reviewed the charges. He made everything right which is so... important. He was extremely personable and did the right thing. I would recommend this business which is why I updated it to a 5star. Went through the drive thru and the young man taking the order took my credit card and charged it. When I got to thewindow the girl asked me for payment again. I explained we had paid. She said it did not go through and asked for my card. Sincemy Chase app was delayed we did not see the payment come through the first time we gave her the card. After we left two paymentswent through. Since the place was so packed and very chaotic we did not go back. I never write a bad review but they need to getit together. Read more
This place is really good! I love the Oasis smoothie I got from here ???????? made to perfection! Very convenient place and... great workers. It?s a bit pricy but you getting every nearly natural when it comes to their smoothies. Read more
