My grandma chose this place for the family, but I definitely won’t be returning. Upon walking in there is an overwhelming... smell of mildew or something. Ordered pizza, it was COVERED AND SITTING in grease. They put a DUSTY can of tomato sauce on thetable to set the pizza on. Wings were good. Bread was a shame. It comes to you room temp with cold butter so good luck enjoyingit. Server was ok. We had a dessert platter and everything was so rich. I would love to see Gordon Ramsay put this restaurant onhis old shows because I want to know what the kitchen looks like. This place just seems dirty. Read more
My first time here. The food was good, and the service was prompt and friendly. A very interestingly decorated place with... multiple themed eating areas. Portion sizes, even the “small”, will easily feed three hungry people. Reservations arerecommended. Read more
The food is ok, but the service is bad. Our dining experience on this location is not so good. We reserved on line but have to... wait another 25 minutes from our reservation time before we could be seated.The service is slow and it’s really not the faultof our server. I feel sorry to our server. I feel like he’s trying his best but he can only do so much. Our server is doingseveral task, taking care of our orders, taking care of the front reservation /seating, attending to the bar, etc..This placeis understaffed. There are times while we’re waiting to be seated that there’s nobody in the front to attend the incomingcustomers . It took almost 45 minutes before we got our meal from the time we ordered. We came in with our 7 kids under 11. They were so great to find us a room to ourselves where we could spread out and not disturb... others! The kids loved the giant lazy Susan! Spencer kept checking on us and made sure we were covered with everything the kidsand us needed and wanted! Read more
Huge portions!! We ordered the Thursday family meal special Chicken Parmesan for five and the amount of spaghetti and Cesar... salad is enough to feed 10 people. The service here is amazing! Kelly was our waiter for the night, and she was on top of it! My husband & I celebrated our 3yrs... anniversary here & All the workers signed a card for us by suprise!
