Service is amazing and fast! Food however comes out slow but I understand they are working with raw chicken wings and tons of... combinations and mix and match options. I'm always honest about my experiences. All I can definitely say is to definitely not go to buffalo wild wings or at least never... go to this location for sure. I had to write a review after my last experience here. I ordered pick up and through their appwhich isn't a smooth experience as is. So I came and picked up my order and went home because the food was for my littlesiblings and I. I opened the food and immediately realized that everything was boneless and the sauces were all wrong as well. Ipaid for bone-in and the sauces that I ordered and didn't get any of that. My little siblings couldn't eat the hot wings theymessed up and so the food wasn't even gonna be eaten by the people it was intended for. So I called looking for a refund for mywrong order and food wasted. I am always nice and cordial because I work in the food industry myself and always value smooth andnice interactions. I just merely asked for my refund and the manager kept saying that he couldn't believe it and kept utteringthat he was the one who bagged it. I didn't know exactly what he wanted me to say or do, I was literally looking at theincorrect order as I was talking to him. It was like he wanted me to send him or picture or something which was starting to makeme feel uncomfortable and unhappy but I still was nice and he had said he refunded my order but it's been more than enough timeand I didn't receive my 30-40 bucks back. At this point I was really hoping I didn't get done wrong and that he would justrefund my order correctly for the sake of customer service and being professional but it seems that wasn't the case. They havemessed up orders numerous of times before but I would just deal with it but this time was just ridiculous. I recommend thatwhoever is reading this not to go to this location but instead go to the Wingstop across the street where they treat customersnicely and get orders correct and promptly and provide the satisfaction that you are looking for. Went to this place on friday weekend of july 4 at about 9.45 pm. After sitting for about 20 mins no one has come up to take the... order. When informed to one of the staff they took the order but told that drinks section is closed due to low staff. All theyhad to do was getting a beer from tap. Had to walkout. Came next time they took some time to get the food and drinks. Managementis not well maintained and no coordination among them. Food was ok. Except the black bean burger. Tried to go here for father's day dinner since my father in law loves wings and beer (where else would one go?!). Sign on the... door indicated only take out and delivery orders would be provided after 4pm. Very bad experience to me today. I was ordered 6 Original wings hot sauce with extra wet As well as extra sauce on the side for... Togo .they said it will take 25 minutes.once I pick my wings I verified the wings are extra wet or not on Inside the store andtold the front desk lady right away ?it looks like not extra wet? they said you came late little late and when ever the ordercame we directly keep it on the oven. That?s why the extra wet was gone. It completely not worthy words and make any sense tome, I know wet wings won?t go like that. She told like they can?t help anymore Also, I requested them to please provide theextra hot sauce but they said I have to pay for that again. Bad experience.. bar tender was amazing. She took very good care of her guest. But Cook pathetic. They just give the wings with... very very less sauce. Everytime I need to order more sauce. This is bad as they don't put adequate sauce to wings. How acustomer ask extra sauce each and every time. This should be taken care of. I have figured out that this happens to almost everybranch. I haven't had a bad experience with any of the B-Dubs I have been to, until now. Got food to-go at this location. I asked for no... onions. Not allergic, just not a fan. Which, I can just pick those off and no big deal. Same with the CCboat missing from mywife's part of the order; irritating but not a deal breaker. Thursdays are busy, I know. But. It was the long black hair cookedin center of the meat of the cheese curd burger that got me. Probably not going to visit this location again after that. Read more
Man this place has gone downhill. We were in about 4pm yesterday, sat in the bar and that will be the last time we ever go to a... BWW. Place was a train wreck, place was pretty dead, took over 20 min for the food and it was cold and looked like it all hadbeen sitting in the window for awhile. Service was lackluster.
