First: A big shout out to Jay, the shift manager for managing a very responsive set of staff to those who are coming in. They... are busy and I didn't see anyone waiting for placing their orders. Kitchen: Busy again with 4-5 staff furiously working tochurn the orders out! Location: a much needed addition to this part of Frisco. Love their standard set of offerings. Plremember this one is a Go location and so wouldn't have everything a full fledged bar version of theirs has! Ordering: The appand website were on a break today. The phone order was a breeze and the staff (a lady who took the call) was courteous andefficient! Lastly a very heartwarming gesture - - remember it is a small GO location which has 4*2 seaters and 1*4 seater butwithin this small location, today on Veterans day, a beautiful symbolism to ensure we never forget the fallen and missing! Ordered classic wings and wedges. Wings were all falling apart and wedges weren?t even half full in the container. Been to many... Buffalo locations over the years but never been disappointed until tonight. And $.99 service fee for carrying out our own food? Read more
Decided to try this new location. It might be just me, but I think for the price, the portions are small. I paid almost $20(with... tip) for a traditional 10bundle. This only comes with fries and no veggies. The fries came in a togo box container, same as thewings but it was less than quarter filled. I'm not sure if the employee forgot to put the rest of the fries in or if this is theright portion but I can get more fries for a $1 at McDonald's. Also, the wings taste a bid odd. Not sure how to describe it, butit's not like other locations. I did give it 2 stars instead of 1 because my food came out relatively fast about 10mins waittime. Read more

We ordered from this location tonight. We read the reviews before collecting and were concerned about what experience we were... going to have due to all the negative reviews. But we didn't have to worry! The food was ready when I arrived at the specifiedtime and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. There was a small issue with our order, but they went above and beyondto fix it for us - and fast. It was delicious too. We will definitely go again! It is so nice to have a location so close to us. 9-27-22. Just got their 9.99 for 10 wings and fries. Wow it was bad. Got the garlic parmesan like I always do at BWW and it was... awful. Maybe the sauce went bad or old or something but it wasn?t edible. Ate two and trashed the rest. I placed my order at1050ish and it said it wouldn?t be ready until 1130. They open at 11 so the chicken/sauce should?ve been fresh? Read more
Great addition to the area! Food was fresh and hot! This is a brand new location and brand new concept, so there may be long... waits for food, which is expected, like any new restaurant, as they gain there footings. I waited over 30 minutes, but thestaff was friendly and kept me updated. Read more
I ordered 3 combos online and the website said they would be ready by 6:20pm. They were finally ready at 6:40pm. I got home and... was missing two ranches (there were supposed to be six), there was a bleu cheese, and the bone-in wings were the smallest wingsI have ever seen anywhere. It had 4 drumsticks and two flats. Each flat was smaller than a standard sharpie marker cap. Probablydue to the diminished size, they were also overcooked rendering some of the meat inedible. There was actually no way to squarethe price with the time and quality of the food. I will not be eating from here again. The wings from the Kroger deli are farbetter than these, which is severely unfortunate, and kind of a disgrace. Read more
