The subs we ordered may have been great but full disclosure, we didn't immediately eat the take out. We were busy and weren't... able to eat them until 3 or 4 hours later. The subs were undoubtedly soggy but still, the sub as a whole was good so we willgive them the benefit of the doubt. The clam chowder was good, but nothing spectacular. As this was delivered, I can't speak forthe service of the staff. Little bit on the pricey side but overall good. Read more

Messy sandwich, toppings just thrown on and wrapped up. Had to put everything back in. I got the Chipotle Crunch and it was just... ok. Didn?t taste any flavor at all. Not worth the money since 8? runs about $11. Read more

When I first walked in a line formed in front of me, there was only one order taker. I patiently waited, waited some more and... finally another order taker stepped up to hasten orders along. I have been back several times and my favorite is the Meatballsub. Italian Sausage is also yummy and the cookies. I will return. Read more

We stopped by Capriotti?s for lunch, I?m going to say this and I know everyone has their favorite, but this is my favorite... sandwich shop. We split a large chicken cheese steak, chips and 2 drinks. The chicken cheese steak was excellent. They makeeverything fresh to order so our cheese steak came out to us smoking hot. They even roast whole turkeys for their sandwiches. Ican?t wait to go back to try one of the homemade turkey sandwiches. Read more

Service was good. We sat outside since weather was so nice last night. The French fries were the best I've had in a long time.... They are thick, wide, curly-q fries perfectly browned and crispy! Hubby had the wagyu beef sandwich and he said it was good. I had the grilled chicken salad with vinaigrette. The only two drawbacks is that there is NO mustard available- so bring yourown, and the vinaigrette was so tart it was hard to eat. With another dressing, it would have been delicious as the mixture ofgreens, onions, cheese, and nuts were perfectly proportioned. Read more

My cheese steak fries did not have the grilled bell peppers. The grilled cheese online shows yellow cheese , but it's a white... cheese... This matters when you have a toddler that won't touch it because it's the wrong color. Speaking of online ordering, wedid an online order and pick up in store. This was our first time, so apparently when you order in store you get free grilledcheese with your sandwich order. But that's not an option when ordering online. All that said, the food is good. My husbandloved his subs. Read more

A good sandwich shop, and we will be returning customers. The Pastrami was served hot and tasty, with plenty of Slaw. My Italian... Sandwich was tasty and fresh. The French Fries were fantastic. Interesting way the potatoes are cut, makes for great fries! Idocked a star due to the meat was sparse on my Classic Italian Sandwich. Also the sandwich needed oil and vinegar. Capriotti'smenu should display condiments available for the sandwiches. The meal was very tasty and I will return to try the Roast BeefSandwich and a side of Fries! Read more
